Description
The Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center's Hagerstown Community-Based Outpatient Clinic is hosting an open enrollment for veterans who do not currently receive health care benefits in the Veterans Health Administration System. Please bring your military service discharge papers (DD Form 214) along with a copy of last year's tax information.
