Description
Hagerstown's beautiful City Park is the setting for Music-by-the-Lake, a concert series presented by the Washington County Arts Council in cooperation with the City of Hagerstown. Some of the region's most-interesting Bluegrass, Country Rock, and Southern Gospel groups perform in the Bandshell, starting at 7:00 p.m.
